By accessing or using the BSH System platform ("Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
BSH System provides a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for business process management, including but not limited to ERP, CRM, inventory, HR, and analytics tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
You agree to use the Services lawfully, provide accurate information, and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activities under your account and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Fees for subscription plans are as listed on our website. Payments are due in advance. We may change prices with prior notice. No refunds are provided for partial months. Enterprise plans are subject to a separate agreement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BSH SYSTEM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and you must cease all use of the platform.
We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. By continuing to use the Services after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
